IT Help Desk
Emerson IT offers a variety of technical support services to staff, faculty, and students. We can help you access and navigate electronic resources such as Wi-Fi, Emerson Gmail, Zoom, eCommon, Canvas, Adobe, and Microsoft Office. Our online help center, it.emerson.edu, has step-by-step guides and info about reserving a seat in our computer labs, printing from personal devices, and borrowing equipment such as digital cameras, tripods, audio recorders, iPads, and more. During the academic year, we’re open seven days a week (until 10:00 pm on most nights), and you can call, email, or Tweet us for help.
The Iwasaki Library is your gateway to authoritative information on any subject. We can connect you with readings and reserve items for courses, book and movie recommendations for leisure hours, and research tools for passion projects and current events. In addition, we can help you access cultural resources in Boston like the Boston Public Library and MFA. You can ask us anything: we love questions, in-person and remotely. Wherever you are, the Library is here for you.
