Emerson IT offers a variety of technical support services to staff, faculty, and students. We can help you access and navigate electronic resources such as Wi-Fi, Emerson Gmail, Zoom, eCommon, Canvas, Adobe, and Microsoft Office. Our online help center, it.emerson.edu, has step-by-step guides and info about reserving a seat in our computer labs, printing from personal devices, and borrowing equipment such as digital cameras, tripods, audio recorders, iPads, and more. During the academic year, we’re open seven days a week (until 10:00 pm on most nights), and you can call, email, or Tweet us for help.
